How to wash dishware

Empty remaining food from dishes, put dishes in the washing tank and wash for 2–10 minutes. All the foreign bodied are removed and sterilization and disinfection are finished.
Kitchen utensils that are small and hard to wash, like spoons, chopsticks, forks, cleavers, and knives can be washed by putting them into a separated tray (tiny dust or remaining pesticides from vegetables/fruits can be also removed)
In case of scorched grills, put them in a washing tank with used detergent and wash it the next day for 10 minutes and all the stains will be removed (more effective when soaked in water for a while)
